Branch Manager

My client, a well known and successful Estate Agency, are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.

The position will be managing the Sales team, driving the team and the office forward, maximising opportunities and business levels.

Working hours:

• Full Time – Monday – Friday, alternate Saturdays

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £30,000

Branch Manager requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency experience
• Target Driven
• Ability to Manage a team
• Driving Licence and own car

• Training and coaching staff
• Staff reviews
• Conducting Morning meetings
