The Package:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
• OTE: £50,000+
• Supplementary Payments: 5 months of supplementary payments while building your pipeline

Whether you are a current Lister , Assistant Manager , or someone with a strong track record in sales, this role offers you the chance to run your own office and manage a team.

• Office & Team Management: Take charge of the day-to-day running of the office and manage the team to ensure high performance.
• Coaching & Development: Provide coaching to your team to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Business Growth: Drive business growth by exceeding targets and finding new opportunities.
• Valuation & Instruction: Manage the process of valuing and instructing properties for the market.
• Sales Progression: Handle sales progression and maintain regular contact with clients.
• Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support for your team.

• Experience: Previous experience in estate agency is essential, with a proven track record of success in residential sales.
• Ambitious & Results-Driven: Enthusiastic, ambitious, and focused on achieving goals.
• Communication Skills: Well-presented, communicative, and articulate, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Drive to Succeed: A real desire to succeed and take ownership of your branch.
• Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license.
