A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients forward thinking and highly successful Estate Agency in Newcastle. The role is working in a fast-paced environment and requires a driven individual with a background in Estate Agency.

Working hours:

• Full Time

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

• A basic salary up to £28,000
• On Target Earnings of £35,000 - £40,000
• Company Car

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
• Full UK driving license
• Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
• Passion for property
• Local area knowledge would be helpful

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

• Conducting Team Morning meetings
• Overseeing Branch
• Setting team targets
• Leading by example
