Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 +Bonus

An established and growing electrical wholesale company is looking for a driven and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead its Birmingham branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in electrical wholesale who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. Previous management experience is not essential — if you understand the trade, can build relationships, and have the ambition to lead a team, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales, and supporting a small but capable team. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to customers, managing stock and orders, and helping the branch grow its presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling key customer accounts and providing expert product advice
• Leading by example across sales, customer service, and operational tasks
• Supporting and motivating team members to meet branch targets
• Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitoring branch performance and working with senior management on growth strategies
• Maintaining a high standard of health and safety and operational compliance

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the electrical wholesale industry (trade counter, internal sales, or external sales roles)
• A strong understanding of electrical products and customer needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• A desire to take ownership of a branch and progress into leadership
