Our client, a well-respected Estate Agency is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the Loughton area.

• £30,000 basic salary
• Outstanding OTE of £65,000

Working Days:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays on a rota basis

Key duties as a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Leading, motivating, and managing the branch team to achieve success
• Carrying out market appraisals and securing new business to help grow the branch
• Developing and implementing strategies to expand the business and enhance the brand's reputation in the local area
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards

Branch Manager requirements:

• Extensive experience in Estate Agency, with a proven track record in sales and management
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Highly organised, with strong time management and workload prioritization skills
• Driven and ambitious, with a hunger for success and business growth
• Full UK driver’s license
