About the Role
Based near Bridgend, you’ll be stepping into a warm, established branch, managing one colleague and working closely with a Business Development Manager to grow and maintain business. You'll be responsible for delivering a first-class service to clients and candidates alike, predominantly across the Industrial, Engineering, and Renewable Energy sectors.

While sector-specific experience is not essential, your drive, passion, sales ability, and leadership skills are critical. We’re looking for someone who leads by example and thrives on building relationships and winning business.

What We're Looking For
To be shortlisted, you must have:

• Proven recruitment experience across multiple sectors
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, legislation, and regulations
• Familiarity with the Blackwood and The Valleys area to effectively identify and convert new business opportunities

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
• Attractive bonus structure and benefits package
