Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: Basic £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £50,000+

Our client is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager with a strong residential sales background. Whether you're a current Lister , Assistant Manager , or have experience running your own branch or department, this could be the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career!

About the Role:

As the Branch Manager , you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and managing a team of professionals.
• Coaching and motivating your team, encouraging their development and progression.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
• Driving business growth, exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
• Valuing and instructing properties for the market.
• Managing sales progression and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Providing training and support to staff to help them reach their potential.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience within estate agency is a must.
• Experience as a Lister , Assistant Manager , or someone who has previously run their own branch is highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A desire to succeed and the drive to achieve targets.
• Full UK Driving License.

The Package:

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience).
• OTE potential of £50,000+.
• 5 months of supplementary payments to help you build your pipeline.
