About the Role:
A high-performing, well-regarded estate agency is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its busy Maidenhead office. This is a senior leadership role with full branch responsibility—ideal for a confident sales leader ready to drive performance, profitability, and growth in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance
Grow market share, revenue, and profitability
Lead, train and motivate a team of negotiators and valuers
Ensure top-tier customer service and client outcomes
Handle valuations, listings, marketing and sales progression
Maintain compliance and operational standards

Ideal Candidate:

Strong track record in estate agency sales management
Inspirational leadership style and proven ability to build high-performing teams
Commercially astute with a focus on delivering results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Local market knowledge advantageous
Full UK driving licence required
