Salary: £30,000 basic | OTE up to £60,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager - or a Senior Sales Negotiator looking to step up - to lead and grow a high-performing team. You'll be managing a core team of 3 (2 Sales Negotiators and 1 Mortgage Advisor) with plans to expand by two more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of three, with plans to expand to five team members
• Drive branch performance to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
• Recruit, train and develop new team members as part of the expansion strategy
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers and industry contacts
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations whilst implementing strategic improvements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Report on branch performance and contribute to wider business planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator ready for progression
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of the property market and estate agency operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven approach with a track record of achieving targets
• Understanding of mortgage processes and property legislation
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to wider company objectives
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between locations when required
