This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Alongside managing our MK Branch, you'll be running your own desk billing desk at the same time contributing towards the branches success and your own billing potential.

Branch Manager Expectations

• Lead from the front with your own billing desk
• Manage, grow and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants
• Condyct regular 121s and team meetings, supporting in performance and wellbeing
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and creating a high performing, collaborative environment.
• Generate leads for all possible sources, including networking
• Present prospect candidate to clients
• Manage and burture existing clients and candidates
• Build and develop on your own market knowledge

Recruitment Consultant Requirements

• Proven success within recruitment
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Drive and ambition are musts!
• Confidence dealing with people, good communication skills
