Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale
Location: Brighton
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + uncapped bonus (£5,000 – £10,000+ expected, higher for the right candidate)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead an established Electrical Wholesale branch in Brighton.

This is a hands on role managing the day to day running of the business, including staff, pricing, purchasing, sales and branch performance. You will lead a team of 5 and oversee warehouse and delivery operations.

Electrical Wholesale experience is essential for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the day to day running of the branch
• Lead and develop a team of 5 staff
• Take responsibility for pricing, purchasing and stock control
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Drive sales growth and branch performance
• Oversee trade counter, warehouse and delivery operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Trade Counter Manager, Depot Manager or similar within Electrical Wholesale
• Strong understanding of electrical products and the wholesale market
• Experience managing staff and branch operations
• Commercially minded with experience in pricing and purchasing
