The Role

Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
Manage and support a small team
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales and order processing
Coordinate installations and operational activities
Monitor stock and deliveries
Maintain high customer service standards
Drive branch performance and growth
Lead by example in a hands-on environment

We're Looking For

✔️ Previous management, supervisory, or team leadership experience

✔️ Strong customer service skills

✔️ Excellent organisational and communication abilities

✔️ Sales-focused and commercially aware

✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems

✔️ Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
