Branch Manager

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager position based in Oldham. Our client, an independent specialist automotive group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead their busy garage. This role offers a chance to oversee daily operations, support technical teams, and deliver exceptional customer service within a growing business environment.

Monthly target-based bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:30pm with a 30-minute break

Manage the daily operations of the branch to meet financial and service quality targets
Provide leadership and support to technical and customer service teams
Oversee customer interactions and resolve any technical or service issues
Monitor and ensure the team’s workload is allocated efficiently
Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Foster a positive, professional team environment and promote staff development
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and company policiesRequirements of the Branch Manager:

Proven experience managing a busy garage or similar automotive environment
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation and development
Technical background with a solid understanding of automotive systems preferred
Experience managing teams of 5-6 technicians
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
