We’re working with a respected independent estate agency looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to join their team in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with real autonomy, progression, and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of negotiators and administrators to exceed targets
• Drive residential sales performance and instruction levels
• Conduct valuations and win new business through strong local market knowledge
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, and performance
• Motivate and mentor team members to reach individual and branch goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential estate agency, ideally at Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level
• Strong track record in winning instructions and closing sales
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Knowledge of the Colchester property market is a strong advantage
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

• Realistic OTE of £55,000+
