Branch Manager (Property)

We’re looking for ambitious and experienced Branch Managers to lead our property teams and drive the continued growth and success of our brand.

The Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating and developing the branch team
* Driving new business, instructions and revenue
* Building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and applicants
* Overseeing property sales and/or lettings performance
* Setting and achieving branch targets and KPIs
* Managing valuations, negotiations and key client relationships
* Ensuring excellent customer service and high professional standards
* Monitoring market activity and identifying new business opportunities
* Supporting recruitment, training and staff development
* Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and company procedures
About You
You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience within the property sector
* Previous branch management or senior property experience
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* A successful track record of winning new business
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* A target-driven, commercially minded approach
* Strong knowledge of the local property market
* The confidence and initiative to make decisions and take ownership
