Branch Manager / Sales Manager - Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire a residential sales team to exceed performance targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring professional, high-quality estate agency services.
• Identify and act on opportunities for market appraisals, property instructions, sales, mortgage introductions, and more.
• Support and mentor team members, providing ongoing training and development.
• Uphold high standards of customer care and build lasting client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator/Lister/Valuer ready to take the next step.
• Proven track record in estate agency sales and team leadership.
• Confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Comfortable using MS Office and estate agency systems.
• Full UK driving license required.
