Branch Manager / Senior Recruitment Consultant – CQC Registered Office Location: Hastings, East Sussex (flexible hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission

Overview:
Take the lead at a newly CQC-registered office in Hastings and shape its future from the ground up. With untapped potential and the backing of a supportive leadership team, you’ll enjoy autonomy while contributing to our next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the culture and strategy of the Hastings office
• Recruit and mentor consultants
• Build strong client relationships
• Accelerate business growth with total operational freedom

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment (health or social care background desirable)
• Strong business development and team-building skills
• Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
• A leader ready to take full ownership of a branch and drive long-term success

Day-to-day:

• Business development and team leadership
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Operational and strategic decision-making for the branch
