Are you an experienced estate agency professional ready to take the lead in one of South East London’s most vibrant areas? We’re looking for a motivated and driven Branch Manager to take charge of our Sydenham office and push performance to the next level.
 
About the Role:
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a successful team, driving listings and sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery at every stage of the customer journey. You’ll be a natural leader, commercially sharp, and passionate about growing market share in a competitive local landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sydenham branch
• Drive new instructions and listings through valuations and local networking
• Motivate and develop your team to exceed targets and KPIs
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Build long-term relationships with clients and local stakeholders
• Maintain full compliance with industry legislation and company standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in estate agency sales at Branch Manager or Assistant Manager level
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit performance targets
• Deep understanding of the South East London property market
• Full UK driving licence
