Branch Manager Pay, Hours and Benefits
* Salary to be discussed at application stage
* Quarterly performance bonus
* Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Branch Manager Role Overview
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Branch Manager to lead this Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established branch, develop a high-performing team and play a key role in growing presence.

Branch Manager Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing or supervising a small operational team, with strong leadership and people skills.
* Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, business performance and improving operational efficiency.
* Confident building relationships with customers, dealerships and external partners, with a proactive approach to business development.
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
* Experience within the automotive, mobility, engineering or service sectors would be advantageous, although applications from candidates with transferable operational leadership experience are welcome.
Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day branch operation, driving efficiency, workshop utilisation, productivity and customer service.
* Deliver revenue, profitability and performance targets, managing budgets, forecasts and commercial decisions.
* Lead and develop the team while building strong relationships with dealerships, partners and other customers, identifying new business opportunities.
* Lead, coach and develop the team, driving accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to completed vehicle adaptation.
