Remuneration: Up to £35,000neg + bonus, circa £5,000 - £10,000

The role of the Branch Manager

Windows & Doors will involve:
Branch Manager position managing a branch selling a range of uPVC windows and doors, alongside a range plastic building products such as: rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing
Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
Work within stock level guidelines, manage the budget and the allocation of funds
Increasing sales whilst maintaining existing customer base
Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel
Liaise regularly with the Regional Manager offering support where required
The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager

Windows & Doors with:
Must be currently managing a branch/trade counter with a turnover of at least £1m-£1.5m
Must have experience within the uPVC windows & doors industry
Would consider wider building plastics dependent on experience
Must have a strong sales background
Excellent communication skills written and verbally
Good understanding of H&S practices
Outgoing, enthusiastic and confidentpersonality
Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
