Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance, recruitment, and daily operations

What You’ll Bring:

• Estate agency experience at Branch Manager level or above
• Strong leadership, coaching and commercial skills
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Local market knowledge and high standards of service
