Brand Ambassador

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys representing brands, engaging with the public, and delivering positive customer experiences in a face-to-face setting.

Role Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing client brands during promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and live events. You will help raise brand awareness, communicate key messages, and ensure customers have a positive interaction with the brand.

Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in brand representation, promotions, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically

Engage with customers in person and communicate brand messaging clearly

Promote products, services, or campaigns accurately

Create a positive and memorable customer experience

Answer customer questions confidently and professionally

Maintain high standards of presentation and conduct

Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign goals

Ideal Candidate:

Confident and comfortable engaging with people face to face

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and well presented

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential
