Our client is the product of choice for a premium beverage, working with world connoisseurs and hospitality leaders, the business has grown year on year since it's launch in 2004. With products listed in 5* hotels across 70 countries, they deliver the finest quality and exceptional taste directly to consumers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for agreeing objectives, designing, and delivering (in person, virtual or by the creation of video) bespoke training programmes.
Deliver training around perfect serve, brand awareness and product knowledge up to sommelier level.
Own and deliver optimised product knowledge training that enables sales and customer service teams.

Experience:
A passion for and interest in high-quality food and drink experiences.
Confident, clear communication skills including presentation and storytelling.
Ability to strategise, write, design and implement training programmes according to customer requirements
IT proficiency in PowerPoint
Fun, energetic and inspiring
Knowledge of and network within high-end hospitality

In return?
£35,000 - £40,000
20% annual discretionary bonus
Hybrid & Flexible Working - 35-hour week with core hours of 8am-4pm
26 days holiday + BH
2 days of paid leave per year available for volunteering / charitable work
Long Service Recognition: Extra days of paid leave awarded to employees on hitting 3, 5 and 10-year milestones
