Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 + Commission + Harrods Staff Benefits

Schedule: Shift-based, 7 days a week, 10am-10pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a musically passionate, emotionally engaging Brand Ambassador to be the face of our luxury musical instrument concession in Harrods. This role is about more than selling - it’s about telling our story, connecting with clients on an emotional level, and leaving a lasting impression that may lead to a purchase days, weeks, or even months later.

What You’ll Do

- Inspire clients through brand storytelling and luxury experiences
- Build rapport with affluent walk-ins, tourists, and shoppers
- Support sales team by creating initial emotional connection
- Nurture leads involved in longer-term design or renovation projects
- Represent the heritage, passion, and craftsmanship behind our instruments

What We're Looking For

- Passion for music and luxury products
- Ideally musically inclined or experienced in performance/showroom settings
- Warm, honest, and humble personality
- Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent
- Creative communicator and strong storyteller
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

The Package

- £32,000 - £40,000 base salary depending on experience

The Schedule

- Shift-based: Open times 10am-10pm, 7 days/week
