Job Description

OnePlus is seeking for a result oriented and proactive Brand BD Assistant to join our EU Hub marketing team, the successful candidate will be joining us at a very exciting time for the brand. We have ambitious goals for growth in the region, we continue to lead the market in innovation and we work with partners and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

Job Summary:
The Brand Business Development Assistant will support the Brand Collaboration in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with brands that align with OnePlus’ vision and goals. This role involves market research, outreach to potential partners, and coordination of collaboration initiatives to drive brand growth and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations on research findings and partnership opportunities.

2. Partnership Development:
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential brand partners.
Support the development of partnership proposals and pitch presentations.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective partners.

3. Collaboration Management:
Assist in managing ongoing brand collaborations and partnerships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of collaborations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of all partnership activities and communications.
Prepare and process partnership agreements and related documentation.
Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for the Brand Collaboration Manager.

5. Communication and Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of partnership goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or partnership management.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
