Brand Development Executive

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Brand Development Executive on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

Duties:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across UK and international markets.

* Research prospective customers and proactively generate new sales leads.

* Build relationships with retailers, distributors and commercial partners.

* Arrange and attend customer meetings to present products and business opportunities.

* Support the preparation of quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.

* Work towards agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.

* Manage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM systems.

* Support the management and growth of existing customer accounts.

* Identify opportunities to expand product listings and increase sales within existing customers.

* Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and product launches.

* Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

* Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities.

* Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the commercial team.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a commercial, merchandising, sales support or customer-facing role.

* A genuine passion for sales and business development.

* Confidence approaching new customers and building lasting business relationships.

* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

* A self-motivated, target-driven approach.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.

* A full UK driving licence.
