Brand Development Executive/Designer

I'm currently partnering with a rapidly growing company in the food sector, based in Sidcup, to recruit a Brand Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in the food and drink industry and a flair for design—particularly in food packaging.

The successful candidate will play a key role in an exciting brand refresh, which includes redesigning the website and creating packaging for a brand-new product line. Beyond that, the role will evolve to include:

• Content creation across all digital platforms
• Setting up an in-house photography studio
• Maintaining and updating the website with new promotions and content
• Supporting the design of packaging for future product launches
• Creating marketing materials
• Building and leading a creative team over time

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the food and drink sector
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing food packaging
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Shopify)
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing best practices
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for branding and design
