Job DescriptionGLOBAL FAST PACED GENZ CLIENT BRAND EVENTS & ACTIVATION MANAGERRESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary ambassador and advocate for the brand in GB & I, promoting brand values and awarenessDevelop and implement brand event and sampling activation strategies and presence in accordance with global brand guidelines and local business plansFormulate and execute event strategiesStrengthen brand recognition through event participation and organizationPlan, execute, and follow up on events and sampling activities, ensuring alignment with the event strategyManage relationships with event partners and external resourcesBuild and lead an event teamEnsure events are integrated into marketing and commercial activitiesManage the budget for events and activationsSKILLSStrong knowledge of public event creation and executionExperience with consumer productsProven track record in both strategic and practical aspects of event managementAbility to articulate event KPIs, follow up on results, and make actionable recommendationsExperience in an international, fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial drive and a proactive mindsetAbility to work independentlyPERSONAL TRAITSCurious and open-mindedStrong communication skillsPositive, can-do attitudeAbility to handle pressure and a high workload effectivelyOutgoing, enthusiastic, and supportive, with a willingness to pitch in as neededComfortable working in a smaller organization and managing both strategic and hands-on tasksStrong project management skillsUnderstanding that events can be intensive and often occur on weekends and during summer
