Job Description - Brand Manager

Our Marketing team is growing and we are seeking a highly organised and energetic Marketing Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Fortius Clinic.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, and possess exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will drive the strategic direction of our brand, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints while also providing the financial and commercial insight necessary to support growth.

Part of The Affidea Group, Fortius is the UK's leading private orthopaedic and sports injury group. Founded in 2011 by London surgeons and radiologists, with a shared vision of building a worldwide centre of excellence in musculoskeletal care.  Their dream was to create a clinic that would bring together the country's leading experts in orthopaedics and sports medicine, with a shared commitment to advancing the science of musculoskeletal medicine and providing the best patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop, execute, and manage the brand strategy in line with Fortius Clinic’s values and long-term vision.

  • Ensure all marketing materials, communications, and events reflect the organisation’s brand and its premium position within the market.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies.

    • Oversee and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.

    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
