Job Description - Brand Manager

Your mission

Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns that create consumer demand
Manage media planning, PR efforts, and social channels that elevate brand presence
Support product line development with insights and market understanding
Partner with Sales to deliver impactful trade marketing and retailer activation
Oversee showroom and trade show execution to bring the brand experience to life
Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen brand positioning and drive profitable growth

Your profile

3+ years of experience as a Brand Manager (ideally within toys, or consumer goods)
Strong understanding of media planning, PR, and social media management
Creative mindset with hands-on experience in content development
Ability to manage budgets and agencies
Strong analytical skills and commercially driven decision-making
Experience working with key toy retailers and supporting sales teams would be a strong bonus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
