As Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of product marketing and go-to-market strategies for our game. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with developers, artists, and partners to make sure every trailer, screenshot, and campaign beat reflects the passion and authenticity of car culture.
You’ll be right in the garage with the team—helping get every asset polished, approved, and ready to hit the grid.
Key Duties Include
Support the development and execution of the game’s brand
Work closely with our publishing and development teams to support positioning, messaging and campaign planning Partner with our Licensing Manager to ensure every asset is approved and ready to roll.
Collaborate with our Cinematics, Design and Art teams to help bring world class marketing content to life.
Track and manage marketing readiness across the garage, including:
Production and capture readiness of in-game assets and after-market parts
Managing the editorial calendar—ensuring the right content and messages are ready to drop exactly when planned.
Coordinating across teams and partners to keep everything running smoothly—from first concept to final delivery.
Use data and performance insights to help fine-tune campaigns and keep things running at peak performance.
Requirements
Seasoned brand manager with experience launching and managing global gaming brands.
Passionate and knowledgeable about cars, video games and popular culture.
Excellent analytical skills and expertise in creating data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience working closely with game development
Familiarity with a complex licensing landscape.
Excels at working in a highly matrixed team environment characterised by collaboration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to storytelling.
Comfortable managing the complexities and nuance of creative delivery across product development, licensing and external stakeholders.
