THIS ROLE IS A 10 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
To develop, execute, and optimise brand strategies aligned with Strategic & Portfolio plans, while continuously improving the end-to-end customer experience ensuring performance objectives are met.
This role requires close collaboration across Portfolio, Marketing, Digital, Divisional & PR teams. Working with stakeholders across these teams to maintain alignment and drive performance is critical
Provide strategic input to the Brand strategy portfolio plan and future brand development / transformation needs
Maintain a 3-5 year brand plan informed by brand health insights, strategic goals, and portfolio plans ensuring it remains relevant within the market
Review brand health and market position quarterly using internal performance data and customer feedback, succinctly share insight with relevant stakeholders across Marketing and the broader business to inform future strategic decisions
Develop and prioritise an 18-month roadmap of brand management objectives and initiatives that drive growth and enhance customer engagement
Work in partnership with Integrated marketing to design and develop integrated campaign calendars that align with brand objectives and market positioning
Maintain brand strategies for Service, Food, Drinks, Comms, etc which inform future campaign activity
Robustly embed the GK way of brand building ensuring consistency of approach across brands, delivering in the most effective and efficient way. Take accountability for ensuring that all brand / marketing / operational activity is in adherence with brand standards
Within a set GK framework - own, review and optimise customer journeys by identifying and prioritising interventions across touchpoints, ensuring improvements in service, app integration, communications, etc. ensuring activity is executed in adherence with brand standards. Embed robust design, testing, and rollout of interventions
Develop brand campaigns and clear briefs aligned with the plan and budget, and handover to marketing for effective execution
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines by overseeing the creation, evolution, and adherence to visual identity and brand assets across all channels
Build and manage long-term brand partnerships that align with the brand's market positioning and contribute to its growth and reputation
Work in partnership with BUDs to inform strategic operational plans that align with brand purpose / customer experience maintaining and building long term brand health
