Main duties and responsibilities:

In this role of Sous Chef the successful candidate will be required to concentrate on the banqueting department preparing banquets for large numbers at a venue particularly popular with weddings, holding over 250 a year. As Sous Chef you will be required to prepare plated banquets using all fresh produce in a well equipped production kitchen ensuring it is always organised and that the junior members of the team are fully supervised.
Essential criteria:

All candidates must have worked at Sous Chef level in a high quality banqueting environment for large numbers using fresh ingredients. The ability to cope well and lead a team in a busy kitchen is essential for this position.
