We are currently recruiting for a Brazer to join an established manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving the preparation, assembly and brazing of components and sub-assemblies, working from engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure products are manufactured safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out brazing operations in line with engineering drawings, work instructions and company standards
Prepare and clean components prior to brazing
Accurately assemble and align components before brazing
Inspect completed work and identify any quality issues or non-conformances
Maintain a "Right First Time" approach to minimise rework and scrap
Complete production documentation accurately and on time
Carry out routine checks of brazing equipment, gas supplies and tooling
Report equipment faults, defects or maintenance requirements
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with 6S standards
Support continuous improvement and team activities
About You

Previous experience in brazing, soldering, welding or general assembly
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good manual dexterity and practical skills
Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements
Reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
What's on Offer

39-hour week
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 - early finish every Friday
Overtime available at time and a half
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
