Working on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, alternating between 9am–9pm and 12pm–12am, this role also offers the flexibility of working from home whenever your shift falls across a weekend – ideal for balancing the demands of life and work.

You’ll be the first point of contact when breakdowns or urgent defects strike, keeping commercial fleets safe, compliant and on the move. No two days are ever the same. One moment you’ll be triaging an urgent roadside incident, the next you’ll be coordinating a rapid response with OEMs and repair agents, ensuring vehicles are back in service with minimal disruption. It’s a fast-paced environment that demands calm decision-making, brilliant communication, and a sharp eye for detail.

You’ll be trusted to handle cases from start to finish – logging accurate information, using the right suppliers, keeping customers updated, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Every decision you make has real-time operational consequences. But here, you’re not just a cog in the machine – you’re the one keeping it running.
