Hours: 12 hours across 2 days per week ( x2 6hr shifts)

Salary: £11.60 per hour

• Deliver a great guest experience by providing excellent food in line with our menu


• To assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with ordering requirements


• Prepare ingredients & dishes to the standard & specification


• Measure dish ingredients & portion sizes accurately


• Deal with deliveries & ensure stock rotation


• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards, taking pride in the hotel and its team

• Be an active and effective team member, working together to achieve hotel goals


• Understand guest satisfaction scores and maintain a good knowledge of hotel areas of focus
