Breakfast Chef – Full Time | Mercure Bridgwater Hotel

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast dishes and ready to join a dedicated culinary team? Mercure Bridgwater Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Chef to work alongside our experienced Head Chef, preparing and serving high-quality breakfast for our hotel residents.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook breakfast to the highest standards, ensuring our Brand Standards are consistently met

• Work a daily shift from approximately 4:30/5:00 AM to 12:30/1:00 PM

• Assist with bar and lunch service, including preparing items for the main menu

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided

• A strong passion for producing impeccable food consistently

• Ability to work full time (40 hours per week), 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays

• Reliable and motivated team player
