The Baileys Hotel, London is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef who ensures and assist where necessary to ensure the breakfast is ready for service, take ownership for the areas within the responsibility, focusing on ensuring a smooth operation, adhering to and maintaining hotel standards with clear lines of communication.
As a Breakfast Chef, your key responsibilities include: Ensure all Breakfast items are cooked to the required standard and to the correct numbers given the occupancy. To be responsible for completing the daily check list regarding mise-en-place and food storage and daily fridge check To minimise wastage ensuring correct stock rotation and stock levels in fridges, dry store room and cupboards Ensure, along with the Sous/Head Chef, that there are the food stocks and dry stores produce to meet the requirements of the sections To report any problems regarding failure of machinery and small equipment to the Sous/Head Chef and follow up and ensure the necessary work has been carried out Requirements for the role: 1
3 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef Excellent organisational skills High level of attention
