We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our Exclusive May Fair Kitchen restaurant located within our 5 Star hotel, The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join the team in the restaurant as Breakfast Manager.
You will be responsible for directing breakfast operations to ensure that a quality service is delivered and that our expected high standards are achieved.
You will ensure that guests are seated quickly and efficiently and at the correct table to ensure the maximum number of guests are seated in the restaurant.
. You will make sure that a l carte orders are taken correctly and that guests are happy with what is received. You will handle any feedback and complaints quickly and professionally working closely with the kitchen team.
. You will work with the team to ensure that a seamless service takes place for all tables ensuring that impeccable standards are set and then maintained by all team members.
You will ensure that support and development is provided to all team members and that motivation and enjoyment levels are high on each shift that you work.
About You:

Current in-depth food and beverage experience within a high-end food led operation ideally within a fast paced breakfast environment.
Capable of demonstrating impeccable leadership skills
The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
