Breakfast Manager

The Caesar Hotel, Hyde Park part of the prestigious Spanish group, Derby Hotels Collection is currently in the process of a £22 million refurbishment programme ensuring the Hotel continues to deliver its award winning service and hospitality.
We now seek an experienced professional as Breakfast Manager for our new Restaurant. This position requires an outstanding individual who exhumes personality and is passionate about service.
Previous experience as a Breakfast Supervisor or Manager is essential.
Exceptional eye for detail
To lead from the front and deliver exceptional service with a motivated team
To have control of budgets and targets
To undertake administrative tasks for the smooth running of the department
To have good communication skills, excellent English with Spanish desirable
Impeccable personal presentation
During the remaining refurbishment process, you may be asked to undertake other managerial responsibilities for other Food & Beverage areas.
The role has the potential for development as the Hotel develops.
