Breakfast supervisor

Are you an early riser with a passion for great service and leadership? We’re looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to lead the morning team at our stylish Mercure Bridgwater hotel, home to the renowned Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.

As Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring our breakfast service runs smoothly, delivering a fantastic start to our guests’ day. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and uphold our high standards for quality and hospitality.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the breakfast service in the restaurant and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience

• Manage and motivate a small team, ensuring duties are carried out with energy and attention to detail

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cleanliness of the restaurant area

• Support training and development of new staff members to build a strong morning team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant, ideally in a supervisory role

• Someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys early starts

• Passionate about delivering excellent service and going the extra mile
