Bricklayer / Groundworker - Brighton

A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Bricklayer / Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out reactive repairs and void works across Brighton and surrounding areas.

Pay

£22.50 per hour (Umbrella)
£36,250 per annum (Permanent)

Duties

Carry out brickwork repairs and general groundworks within social housing properties.
Repair walls, pathways, steps, fencing, and external structures.
Complete re-pointing, patch repairs, and minor concreting works.
Undertake drainage repairs, slab laying, and associated external maintenance.
Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
Use a PDA/mobile device to manage and update jobs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bricklayer and/or Groundworker.
Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance.
Ability to carry out a range of external repairs to a high standard.
Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided).
DBS check required (completed at offer stage).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
