Salary: Up to £31,000 (depending on experience)

Think Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Bricklayer to join a leading property repairs and maintenance contractor working across Merseyside.

The Role

You'll carry out a variety of brickwork repairs and building maintenance within occupied and void residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Brickwork repairs to walls and structures
Blockwork, repointing and general masonry repairs
Cutting and laying bricks and blocks
Working from drawings and job specifications
Maintaining safe and tidy work areas
Completing job records using a PDA/digital system
Providing a professional service to residents

Requirements

Proven bricklaying experience
Experience in repairs and maintenance or social housing (desirable)
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Good understanding of Health & Safety
Full UK driving licence
