Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying sessions to a range of learners.
• Keep up to date with industry standards, tools, and practices to ensure your teaching remains current and relevant.
• Support and guide learners, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain teaching and industry expertise.

Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):

• Must hold an NVQ Level 1-3 in Bricklaying.
• Trade experience in bricklaying is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in education.
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and productive workshop environment.
• A teaching qualification is not required to apply-training will be fully funded.
