We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Brickwork Lecturer to join a leading further education provider in Northampton. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and training in construction and brickwork.

Requirements:
? Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
? Industry-recognised Brickwork/Construction qualifications (e.g., C&G, NVQ, Advanced Craft)
? Proven experience teaching or training learners in Brickwork at Level 1–3
? Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills
? Ability to support learners' progress and assess competency-based qualifications
