As a Bridging Finance Loan Broker, you will:

Provide expert advice on bridging finance and mortgage products tailored to client needs.

Assess client requirements and financial situations to determine the best financing solutions.

Research and compare loan products from a wide range of lenders.

Negotiate terms with lenders to secure competitive rates for clients.

Submit accurate and complete loan applications to lenders.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, ensuring full compliance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in bridging finance and property-related lending.

Strong understanding of bridging loans, development finance, and property investment products.

CeMAP qualified

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
