British Sign Language Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in supported living and single-occupancy settings. This role involves delivering structured, proactive support to promote safety, independence, and meaningful daily engagement.

Level 1 or Level 2 British Sign Language (BSL) – mandatory

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism

Ability to remain calm when supporting behaviours that challenge

Flexibility to work 1:1, 2:1, community-based, and overnight shifts

Strong communication skills

Patient, empathetic, and professional approach
