Broker Manager - Asset Finance

High levels of autonomy | Established broker network | Remote field-based role | Growing specialist lender

If you're an experienced Broker Manager with a background in Asset Finance, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-defined territory while joining a growing specialist lender with ambitious plans. You'll have the autonomy to develop broker relationships across Scotland and make a genuine commercial impact.
This is a relationship-led role where your expertise in broker management and business development will be valued. Working remotely, you'll focus on building long-term introducer partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and structuring asset finance solutions for business customers.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
• Performance-related bonus.
• Remote working.

About the Company
You will be joining a growing specialist asset finance lender focused on supporting UK businesses through intermediary and broker relationships. The business is committed to building long-term partnerships and delivering flexible funding solutions through a relationship-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage broker relationships across Scotland, with a focus on growing Tier 2 introducer partnerships.
• Generate new hard asset finance opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of business through intermediary channels.
• Structure and negotiate asset finance solutions for business customers from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Represent the business within the broker and asset finance market while delivering a consistently high level of service.

About You
• Proven experience within Asset Finance, Leasing, or Commercial Finance.
• Strong broker management and business development experience, ideally with exposure to hard asset finance.
• Existing broker relationships within Scotland would be advantageous.
