Broker Support - Property D&F

I'm currently working in partnership with a respected London Market broker who is looking to appoint an experienced Broker Support to join their established Property Direct & Facultative (D&F) team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid London Market experience who wants to play a key role in supporting complex international property placements in a collaborative and professional environment.About the Role
Our client is looking for someone who can bring hands-on experience in broker support or technical processing within the London Market. You'll be involved throughout the placement lifecycle-from preparing and processing documentation to liaising with underwriters and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. While this isn't a senior title, the role carries real responsibility and visibility within the team.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process MRC slips, endorsements, and other technical documentation for Property D&F risks
Handle premium processing, Xchanging/bureau submissions, and credit control
Maintain accurate and compliant records across all stages of the placement process
Communicate effectively with underwriters, brokers, and clients to support day-to-day operations
Support post-placement servicing, including endorsements, queries, and renewals
Contribute to maintaining high standards of service and continuous process improvement Essential Requirements:
4+ years' experience in a broker support or technical role within the London Market
Strong working knowledge of Property D&F business lines and market documentation standards
Familiarity with Lloyd's systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
