Are you a natural leader with a passion for coaching and performance? This role is all about people - managing a team of 10+ Commercial Account Handlers, supporting development, and creating an environment where individuals thrive and the team delivers consistently high service.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of commercial handlers
• Conducting regular 1:1s, training, performance reviews, and team meetings
• Working closely with senior management to align objectives and support wider business goals
• Driving team culture and promoting collaboration
• Supporting operational improvements and service delivery
